1. Added a banner in the chat so you can see what we're mumbling about in real time. Also good to share quick updates without needing to send emails or discord messages.

2. Characters now read news from their home countries, they're getting cultured.

Improvements

1. Overhauled the foundation of the memory system with some enhancements for shared memory like character-wide and global memory items. There should be more relevant memory items chosen for the conversations. For the “this chat” only memory, those enhancements will come at a later time.

2. Moved the tap indicators to the center of the screen in Meet stories to reduce confusion (honestly not thrilled with how it looks since it covers some text, will figure out something better)
